WE VISIT
Museo de las Culturas de Oaxaca.
It occupies the magnificent former Convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán. It is a monumental building, and splendid architectural sample of the viceregal period. It has 14 permanent rooms of Archaeology, History and Ethnography, nine thematic rooms and three temporary exhibition rooms. Most of the archaeological objects exhibited were discovered during the exploration and investigation works carried out by the INAH in Oaxacan territory.
Andador turístico.
It is one of the main streets of the city, allowing for a pleasant walk past craft stores, restaurants, museums and other sites of interest.
Markets
Walk through the 2 main markets of the city (20 de Noviembre and Benito Juárez) to have an adventure of textures, flavors, colors and smells.

Monte Albán
It is the most important archaeological zone of the state and was one of the most important cities of Mesoamerica in ancient times, it was founded in 500 BC on top of a mountain in the center of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca. In 1987 it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
